Smack Podcast

Coming up later this afternoon is the first episode of the Smack Podcast.

You’ll be able to listen directly off the site or download to your iPod and listen while you are riding the trainer tonight.

I put this thing together last night since I couldn’t sleep anyway. It took a surprising amount of work but I am sure that I will be able to streamline things as I produce more of these.
