December 7th, 2009 |I had some winter cycling shoes and lobster mitts on order, ready to ride outside this winter!
Then I shit canned the whole thing.
Who am I kidding? I’m not riding outside unless it’s above freezing, ever.

this stuff does not happen on the trainer.
Sadly I can not afford such an “uber trainer” but yes… mounted the road bike to the Kurt Kinetic. Now just need to avoid those old naked Bob Roll commercials.

Aah, the return of spiral fracture…
We’re living in a pre-iced over world for another few hours, but it’s still a little cold to be enjoyable on the bike. For me, it’s my feet that can’t handle it.
Take it easy on the femurs.
if only riding on the ice could get me a spiral ham. mmmmmm… ham.
