If this is the case, I think the problem is with their generation. When I started racing I did the weekly group rides in Red Wing to learn from the guys (mostly cat 3s and 4s) who new more than me. After that, I joined Flanders to learn from Scott (and a little from Timmer). I have 15 people working for me, and most are from a younger generation (I'm 30). For the most part they feel like everything should be given to them without them earning it, including respect. I’m assuming the guys on the dev team are younger.
