space

February 10th, 2009 | Posted by Smithers at 9:15 pm in Miscellaneous |

Not the final frontier, more like around the house space. Or lack thereof.

Now that our basement is finished I seem to have lost my indoor bike shop. Plus all the crap that used to sit down in the basement is now outside in my garage. I can’t even get at my bike stuff right now.

On top of it all we are having new siding installed on our house (who has major exterior work done in the middle of winter?). The whole yard is filled with the old siding that has been ripped off our house and construction materials for the new siding going up. It looks like a we own prime real estate in shanty town.

I want to get a bike put together for outside riding now that things are warming up but I have no space to work on a bike and I can’t even get at what I need to get a bike put together.

You know, in the scheme of things, my problems are not very severe.

dude, if your sq footage of your garage doesn’t exceed the sq footage of your house, you live in too big of house.

I’ll happily take a couple bikes off you hands if you really need more space. :-)
