Feels that way with the 5 & 7 year old. More so with them in school. The concept of them being in some "stranger's" hands for several hours a day. Especially since the 7 year takes the bus. Our kids give us a new perspective on everything. For a few moments we take our cynical goggles off when we share the world with them. As my 7 yr old daughter taught me yesterday, "Did you know that snow is actually made of water? It's just frozen" My reply, "no way, not it's not!" Peanut, "no really it is Mom!! Isn't it?"
