a) Having sex before the age of 18
b) Being told that they are irresponsible, worthless, evil, slutty and/or possibly criminals if they have sex before the age of 18
Set aside your own personal feelings regarding teens and sex.
Is it better to give teenagers the education and tools to protect themselves from pregnancy or illness or is it better to attempt to browbeat them into submission and cross your fingers that it works out ok?
