Lasagna

1/2 # hamburger, 1/2 # hot italian sasauge, 2T olive oil, 2 cloves crushed garlic. Brown and add: 8 oz tomato sauce, 12 oz tomato puree, 1-1/2t salt, 1/4t pepper, 1/2t oregano. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Cook 9 noodles. Mix 3 eggs and 12 oz cottage cheese in bowl. Slice Velveeta and mozerella cheese. Fill rectangular dish with one layer of noodles, moz/Velveeta cheese, egg/cottage cheese mix, tom/meat mix and top with parmesian cheese. Repeat to get 3 layers total. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes and let stand 15 minutes. Eat it up. Enjoy.
