If you had to pick one race this weekend which would it be?

Twine Ball or Wirth?

Go Crazy Bet and do them both. You ride for Time, get that Time machine rockin so you can fit in the full schedule.

i go local given the choice, gas money saved and the family can come just to see the race and not have to accompany the racer for pre-race warm-up and early registration.

I have one day to race as I spend the other day with my family.

This is the only weekend I’m doing two races, both sounds great. If I could only choose one I’d choose Twine Ball, just because that was my best race last year. On the other hand, Meow will be bringing pumpkin muffins to Wirth, so that could be a factor. :)

@Steven: Good course versus pumpkin muffins…truly a conundrum.

i did 2 races this week and got the frown. so that will probably never happen again.

i’m doing wirth just because it fits with family stuff and it’s local. i think i’d rather do the twine ball.

@T3 and Smithers - get your wives into racing their own bikes. That helps a lot I’ve found.

@Taylor: My wife and I met via bike racing. It’s why she understands my desire to do what I do. However, I’m pretty sure she is done with that whole scene herself.

If you do Twine Ball, you can stop over for a brat after.

@Painman: Can’t you just have the brat ready for me at the finish line?
