Skibby should have taken that to the local media. There should be some outrage over sloppiness when lives are at stake.

In all fairness, the report doesn’t say the pilots were the first to notice.
I guess it depends upon what the definition of “notice” is. They were told by the flight attendants of the problem, no one from the cabin came back to observe, and there wasn’t any action until the 2nd flight attendant confirmed the leak…
