I can’t understand why producers choose to put these surrogates on the air in the first place. Everybody with a brain knows that there’s no controversy because they know that the context precludes the offensive interpretation. Which leaves only the conclusion that the producers are more interested in what they consider entertainment. Shocking, I know, but there you have it.
not shocking… the fact that people believe if they watch the news on any of the major outlets they have the actual information/facts is what’s shocking…being informed is a full-time job.
