Saturday, June 28th, 2008Is it more important to use filtered water in my espresso machine, or change the water everyday? Is it really that important to change the water everyday? If it’s not important to change the water everyday why shouldn’t I just use filtered water? Is it more important for me to get the right answer or the answer I want?
