The city came by to look at our elm tree this morning. Probably not a good sign huh Ray?

UPDATE 8:55am: False alarm, they were just trimming the tree back from the power lines. Whew!

    They wouldn’t bother to give the old elm a trim if they were planning on whacking it, would they? Looks like a good sign to me. But then, I’ve seen what the trimmers do up here in Anoka County to trees in the power line ROW. Fat trunks - no crown. Gnome oaks.
