Johm McCain?

If he can’t be trusted to spell his own name how can he be trusted to fight the evil doers?

when do the Swift Boaters come after McCain?

I am going to go ahead and guess “never”.

You’re going after McCain based on a marketer’s spelling error? Isn’t that the very definition of a “chicken ****” argument?

Please. I don’t like McCain, but even I can point out that stuff like this andthe gossip you posted before is a dirty tactic. Every once in a while, people figure that out and vote against you simply because they don’t want to live in a country where the “Raiders” are calling the (cheap) shots.

And Swiftboat? Well, we’re still waiting for Kerry to release his service records that would explain why his date of discharge was during the Carter administration, years after he actually left the service. Swiftboating means, of course, “telling the truth about Senator Kerry.”

Well, we’re still waiting for Kerry to release his service records…

I would still take Kerry’s service record over Bush’s.

And the absence of the Swift Boaters in holding up Bush’s service record for public examination or in trying to dig up something on McCain only further underscores how partisan the Swift Boater antics were and how insanely irrevelant their message should ultimately have been.

Kerry released all of his war records in 2005.

No, Kerry released them only to journalists known to be sympathetic to him, not the general public. Here are the released records on his campaign site:

It comes out as “whoops–we can’t find what you’re looking for.”

And ja, Brian, I’m sure a site called “AwolBush” is going to be completely unbiased about the matter. Yashure youbetcha.

Again, Kerry’s date of discharge is during the Carter administration, years after he left the service. That means his discharge status was changed at that point from “something” to “honorable.” Do the math; the SwiftBoaters had a darned good point.
