Eiffel DNA

A temporary Kevlar strucutre that will be bolted on to the top of the Eiffel Tower, doubling the surface area of the viewing platform and wighing only 1200kg.

My french co-worker hates it.

    That Gaudi-esk look fits better in Barcelona than Paris. IMHO.

    Thank goodness it’s a hoax. Kevlar is also “teflon,” so more or less this would be putting people inches away from a 900′ drop in a nonstick frying pan. There are dumber ideas, but none come to mind at the moment.
