Can I defend myself here? The production editors took out 10 min of the podcast but conveniently left in the “30 min” part. Assholes…

yea, the only thing more painful than doing a muli-lap timed event on the track is doing a lap that you don’t get credit for.
People ride multiple laps at the track? That must suck.
Time trialin’ is life. Every road race is eventually a time trial for me.
