These normally calm, composed, and smooth riders have an unusual fear in their eyes. Huge crowds and tremendous pressure to win always make for a crazy race. It's also really the only time that the best CX'ers from all over show up and bring their 'A' game. Last year I think Nys had a flat, and Wellens had the worst luck when another rider clipped that barrier causing it to be in Wellens path and make him crash. There were some po'ed people over the course setup on that one. As far as Page, sadly he probably won't get that close again. CX Worlds is worth watching every year.
