Reminds me of a movie I saw in he Cullen cave a while back, bad movie.
The preims was stupid people are reproducing at an alarming rate while people who have a clue are reproducing less or not at all because of the state of the world. So eventually, the world will be totally populated by stupid people.

The movie is “Idiocracy.” I agree - bad movie overall - but the opening 10 minutes or so about natural selection were hilarious. Our current reality with “W” - not so hilarious.
