Loose dog!

I used to look on people whose dogs got loose with nothing but contempt. How busy can you be to not be able to keep track of your damn dog?
Now I am one of those people.
I caught him playing in traffic on 54th Street tonight. I am a bad pet owner.

Handsome looking beast. Very athletic. This weather shift will make em want to get out and about. Sort of like if your wife didn’t let you ride your bike for awhile.

    Ever do any bikejoring?

Bikejoring is dog mushing with a bike. It’s a subset of the sport skijoring which is just insane fun.

    Check out http://skijor.org/

There’s info on a clinic December 1st at French Park and other cool stuff.

Not to say I won’t find a basket of puppies in the next few months, but they won’t be related to my dog. He has not had the ability to procreate for a while now…if you know what I mean.
