Letter of intent was signed and SRAM should be getting Zipp in about 60 days.

From the lack of response I&#039;ll assume this is no big deal, as it sounds like SRAM will keep Zipp fairly intact (management and business wise). So I would just expect the Zipp sales force to be culled (if this is like a &quot;regular&quot; merger) unless SRAM needs those people.</description>
