Letter of intent was signed and SRAM should be getting Zipp in about 60 days.
From the lack of response I’ll assume this is no big deal, as it sounds like SRAM will keep Zipp fairly intact (management and business wise). So I would just expect the Zipp sales force to be culled (if this is like a “regular” merger) unless SRAM needs those people.
