Red Lantern:
We did a 30min CX race. Fred Feirn from Salsa (sp?), Ped from Urthel and another guy killed it right from the start.
Think he didn’t?
You bitches are all going to be so so sorry when you see Ped line up this year.
Think you won’t?
The fitness, the finesse, shock, awe.
Think it ain’t?

a kruse in the comments section:
your opinion that the Democrats deserve every vote *not* cast for a Republican is pure BS
I’m not quite sure that I ever stated that a Democrat actually ‘deserves’ a vote not cast for a Republican. As a matter of fact, quite often, I am not quite sure that any particular Democratic politician deserves anything.
Any individual candidate that I get behind is more a reflection on my personal political point of view rather than the feeling that a certain candidate deserves to be elected to the Presidency, Senate or House of Representatives. As Bill Munny once said “deserve’s got nothin’ to do with it.”
I have a political objective that I support and I vote for the candidate most likely to put the majority of that political objective into practice. And by “most likely” I mean “best chance to win the election and actually make a difference.”
You liberals who want to vote for Ralph Nader or the green candidate or whomever, be my guest. But know that you are wasting your vote and, in a tight election such as 2000, you are going to be the ones responsible for tipping the scale towards the Republicans. How do you feel about that election 2000 vote eight years on? Was it worth it?
You conservatives who want to vote libertarian or whatever, be my guest. But know that you aren’t making a damn bit of difference in the political process.
It’s a two party system in this country. We have a Congress, not a parliament. It’s the way the country was founded, it’s the way it’s always been and it’s the way it will always be. If you don’t like one of the two major parties that you tilt towards then get involved and try and nudge that party the direction that you want it to go. That’s how the process is supposed to work.
You want to go out and piss away your vote on a candidate with no chance? That’s your right. But don’t kid yourself that you are adding anything to the political process.
You want to check out of the political process entirely because the two party system reeks? Go ahead and stop bitching about everything.
