Tour Pool Update

If all things remain the same after the stage tomorrow we have a draw between Heather George and Zack Sober. If Bennati wins the sprint the pool goes to Zack Sober, otherwise it will be a draw and I’ll have to figure out a tie breaker.

Here is a preview of the pool results not including the final sprint in Paris if nothing changes.

A fresh box of salt water taffy is ready for the winner, who will it be? Tune in tomorrow to find out!

River’s edge weekend in Wausau, WI

FamilERob is at Patty Pat’s river house outside of Wausau. Patty and I went for a sweet 2 hr ride with some rollers in the farmland around Wausau, then we climbed Rib Mtn. Nice tempo with getting-caught-up conversation. We passed 9 mile, where the 24 hrs was just getting underway. Some regret on my part that I’m not doing that, but the family weekend takes priority.

We came back for some jet boating, kid splashing, etc. Perfect summer day. Hope yours is as great!

Colombian Juan Mauricio Soler may be the next rider involved in a doping scandal. Danish media report that the Barloworld rider tested positive after stage fourteen.

Tour director Christian Prudhomme has scheduled a press conference scheduled for tomorrow morning at 11am.
