What is CSC, anyway?
Tuesday, July 24th, 2007I was watching my favorite Jens Voigt the other day, and I thought, what is Computer Sciences Corporation up to these days? So I started browsing their site.
Well, they’re profiting from the outsourcing of the American government, for one thing. CSC just landed a plumb supercomputing NASA gig, and is recruiting for all kinds of jobs at American military installations, including work on missile defence projects.
Do you have
- expert knowledge of Navy computer equipment and software,
- strong knowledge of PC/LAN and network communications hardware and software, in multi-protocol environment, and network management software,
- a top secret security clearance?
If you live in Naples or want to pay to move there, CSC has a job for you.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills desired. Must reside in the Naples area or be willing to relocate there immediately at own expense, as no relocation funds are available. See here for more info.
I didn’t know Naples was crawling with out-of-work former US Navy LAN administrators with Top Secret clearance.
Anybody out there have first-hand experience with CSC?
