Tour de France stage 1 wrap up

Robbie McEwen walks on water.
Crashed and dropped with 10k to go. Chases back onto the back of the group with 3k to go. Finds his way to the front with 100m to go and wins the sprint. Simply amazing. His future in this years Tour will be determined by how bad his right wrist is injured.
I don’t think Boonen can sprint anymore. A total strike out in 2006 and, despite a 3rd place today, does not look much better this year so far.
