Titanium

This “test” is as meaningless as it is sensational. They are putting a load to a tube that it was never designed to handle.

I am not saying that there is no place in the industry for a titanium frame. They are comfortable and economical at this point compared to composite frames.

But do you really want to use a frame material that is so over engineered as to be able to withstand loads that never occur in normal cycling? Seems to me that you are carrying around an awful lot of extra weight for absolutely no reason.
