From today:

If Al Sharpton is an imperfect spokesperson for an issue, and you keep putting him on the teevee to be the spokesperson for that issue, then the obvious conclusion is that this is a deliberate strategy.

The “liberal” media does this often. If they believe that an issue is foolish they will bring someone foolish on television to defend the issue, thus making the issue actually appear to be foolish. The media is neither “liberal” nor “conservative”. The media is a business with an interest in self-preservation. They gravitate towards sensationalism and discount any real criticism of themselves.

By the way, has Islamic terrorism been connected to today’s shootings at Virginia Tech yet?
