OK, you guys clearly don’t get it.
The old blog is done. over. kaputski.
I am writing about me now. No more of anything that does not directly have to do with me personally.
I’m sorry if you want me to write about other things but I figured out what blogs are for and I am only going to write about myself now.
Maybe I will lose a few of you readers but I am sure that you will be replaced by thousands of others.
Sorry to those few of you who will leave, welcome to the tens of thousands who will soon be reading!

I just realized that you guys probably don’t know enough about me!
I am 6’1”, 187 lbs. (and dropping!) and I was born in 1968 to peaceful parents. I have a younger sister and we got along great during our tweens.
I live in Minneapolis with my lovely wife. We have a little Baby Smithers with another on the way. We also have a dog: Mr. Barkers.
I love chihuahuas and chinese noodles.
I love people if they have a beautiful soul, otherwise they can fuck off.

Here is what has been happening in my fascinating life so far today:
• Woke up and help get Baby Smithers ready for his day. I would write more about Baby Smithers but he is not me so I am sure you guys don’t care about him.
• Did a workout on my trainer. I would write more about the trainer and the workout, but neither the workout or the trainer are me so I am sure you guys don’t care about that. The workout was really hard but I am sure that it will make me a better athlete in the end. I will keep you all updated because it is about me.
• Drove Baby Smithers to school. Again Baby Smithers is not me and his school is not me, the drive is not me and neither is my car, so I am sure you guys don’t care about that stuff. I enjoyed the drive because it is always nice to get outside and breath fresh air.
• Ate breakfast. What I ate for breakfast is not me so I am sure you guys don’t care about it. I enjoyed breakfast.
• Got my bike ready for a ride tonight. My bike is not me so I won’t bother you with the details. I don’t like to work on my bike. I probably won’t tell you about the ride because the ride is not me and there are some other people who will be on the ride who aren’t me. I can tell you that I hope that the other people on the ride will enjoy riding with me, but then again, why wouldn’t they?
• OK. So now I have to get back to work. I would write about my job but it’s not me so I am sure you don’t want to be bothered with the boring details. I don’t like my job sometimes but other times it’s totally ok.
If anything else comes up I will let you know!

Over the past few months I have been noticing that the traffic to my website has been going down and I have been getting very few comments on my posts. I have been quite troubled by this so I sat down last night and really thought hard about why this might be the case. And then it hit me: I have a boring blog!
So I made a resolution to myself that I would have no more boring blog! No more political posts, no more philosophical posts, no more posts regarding the news. I am going to write only about one single topic. It’s the topic that I believe you readers would be most interested in reading about. It’s the most fascinating topic in the whole wide world and the topic that is most near and dear to my heart.
What topic is that? Myself! It’s the me and me alone blog! It is my blog after all and I realized that the one and only reason that anyone would be at all interested in reading my blog would be to read about me, my thoughts on me, my ideas regarding things that I am doing and what I think other people might be thinking about me. Pictures of me, pictures of places where I am (with me in the picture), stories about me, stories about things that I am doing, I think you get the idea.
Keep in mind that I am doing this all for you, my dear readers. I know that the only reason you would check my site is to get the very latest on what I might be doing and thinking. I know that there is nothing more fascinating than an entire website devoted to the most important topic in the universe: yours truly!
So I hope you like the new direction that I am going to take this site. I’m sure you will because, after all, why would you be reading this now if I were not the most important person in your whole life?
