Despite what is commonly believed, there are some Americans racing in Europe that I will root for:

• Saul Raisin, Crédit Agricole

• Tyler Farrar, Cofidis

• David Zabriski, CSC

• Levi Leipheimer, Discovery

• Chris Horner, Predictor-Lotto

• Aaron Olson, T-Mobile

In other news, local boy Adam Bergman was 22nd at the Merced crit.

Cour10ay was 10th 9th in the women’s race. Kick ass.
