I don’t really know what it is and I have no regrets about passing it up.
It’s a race, it’s a party. Not my kind of race, not my kind of party.
Plus riding my bike in any temps below 40°F ain’t my idea of a good time.
I have a number of friends and business associates who send me e-mail with a “privileged and confidential” statement on the bottom of the message forbidding disclosure of the message contents to anyone other than the intended addressee. Big yawn.
My question is: Is this a legally binding statement? Would I face any civil or criminal penaltly if I passed the contents of a private message that was actually sent to me, even if by accident?
